RODA Architects project

RODA Architects is a Sydney based studio working in NSW and the South Pacific region, with built experience that crosses typologies: from alterations & additions, single dwellings, apartment buildings, mixed-use developments, education, and small public & cultural buildings.

As Registered Architects and Design Practitioners, we maintain a deep commitment to both design excellence and resilient construction outcomes for our clients, the community and our natural environment.

Whether working on the smallest intervention or a larger, complex project we work with the same fundamental approach; to produce considered design outcomes for our clients through collegial and proactive co-ordination during design development, rigorous documentation, and extensive construction phase experience.

Paradoxically RODA works hard to deliver spaces that create a sense of ‘ease’. Ease starts with concept design: it might be orientation, outlook, enclosure.

At procurement, ease is embedded into a project by looking at appropriate building methodologies and materials specific to the brief, budget and ECI preferences. Ultimately it is borne out during occupation and engagement; in the feeling one gets from the space.

‘Ease’ can mean affordability, safety, dignity, amenity, beauty, resilience, or accessibility.
